CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Appointment & Deposit Policy To reserve your appointment time, a prepaid deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 6 hours prior to your appointment. Changes requested within 6 hours of your scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly. We kindly offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.
